Without our father, Carrol Holshouser, there would be no Custom Outdoor Furniture & Restrapping. Daddy Carrol passed away at the same time Hurricane Matthew hit the Grand Strand. A force of nature hit our area, a force of life left our home. He passed onto us his passion for life, a strong work ethic, and his drive to keep people satisfied. We’ve never had a customer, but we have plenty of friends that have chosen to do business with us.
Custom Outdoor Furniture and Restrapping proudly carries Grosfillex and many other brands.
Restrap, Resling, Renew
Our services include vinyl restrapping, resling for both aluminum and resin lounges and chairs and sandblasting & powder coating to renew aluminum frames
Style, Comfort, Quality
Our Private Label collection is our own line of merchandise. We shop to find the best quality materials for outdoor furniture and then design and assemble the chairs, tables, and lounges at our facility. This enables us to control the quality and the price.

From our family to yours
In 1979, Garden City, SC, resident Carrol Holshouser, while riding down Ocean Boulevard, noticed a stack of patio chairs thrown to the curb outside of a Myrtle Beach hotel. At second glance, he realized the aluminum frames were still in very good condition, yet the vinyl straps had deteriorated. Holshouser reasoned, “Why throw away perfectly good frames when only the vinyl straps need replacing?” Always the entrepreneur, the idea of Furniture Restrapping was born.
